The use of shock collars is both inhumane and ineffective as a training method.
Shock collars, also known as electronic or remote training collars, deliver electric shocks to animals, causing them distress, pain, and potential psychological harm. The physical and psychological damage inflicted upon animals subjected to these devices can have long-lasting consequences.
Shock collars have no place in a progressive society such as Victoria.
